The Information Management Forum is a thirty year old IT Executive Network and Service Organization. We are seeking an achievement oriented, enthusiastic and energetic sales/ account management person with a strong Information Technology background to help us exceed our members’ expectations.

Successful candidate must have 3-5 years experience in IT and customer oriented positions, the competitive zeal to grow business and the desire to be part of a growing company. Must be very proficient with MS office products and have a BA/BS. The position provides an attractive compensation package including base salary, uncapped commissions and benefits as well as a relaxed work environment in our own building in Roswell, GA.
Responsibilities:
· Organize and analyze data
· Book speakers for web forums and meetings from our member companies
· Coordinate logistics for national meetings as well as web conferences
· Work directly with some members coordinating monthly web conferences and quarterly meetings
· Assist president in day to day tasks
· Work to generate leads in the sales
Requirements:
· Excellent Excel, Power Point, Word, and outlook skills
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Attention to detail
· Good people skills
· Occasional travel
· Great organizational skills
· Exceptional writing skills
Education:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry professional services and solutions arena.
- Experience in effectively managing a number of accounts and a business development pipeline
- Team selling experience
- Quantitative analysis and presentation a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
- must demonstrate a strong business discipline to establish procedures to monitor the progress of the business development process and address any gaps.
- familiarity with trends and issues that create opportunities to add value to the clients’ business
- the ability to focus on clients and make their needs a primary focus of actions; the ability to initiate, build and sustain productive client relationships resulting in delivering quality service and ensuring client satisfaction; establish credibility with both internal colleagues and external business clients
- sales facilitation skills to ensure that a meeting serves its business objectives while using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods

-the ability to perform quantitative analysis (e.g., benchmark data calculations, etc.) and present findings effectively to business client management
